I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve never been treated so poorly in public. The owner of this salon is incredibly disrespectful and manipulative. I’ve genuinely felt gaslit by him on multiple occasions. He consistently handles quality issues poorly. When nails chip, chrome peels, or the shape is off—issues that have happened more than once to both me and my family members—the solution is always patchwork. All time favorite nail salon. I once went to 4 different salons before coming to sassy's for a very simple design and was turned away. Sassy's did it and did an excellent job
I’ve been coming here every 2–3 weeks for many years, but recently the pricing has become very unclear. Every time I come in, I get charged a different amount for the exact same service — an organic gel fill. The prices have gone up significantly without explanation. The woman at station #7 didn’t even understand me when I politely asked why the price keeps changing. She just smiled without giving any response.
