I love coming in! Kris is always on point, doing amazing work in actually helping me grow nails, and it's fun to sit and enjoy the atmosphere, listening to the conversations, almost like going to see my magician beautician. My only hang up is, I'm not Christian/religious. I like going to a spa/ nail salon, and hearing upbeat music or soothing waterfall sounds (that are associated with spas). FALSE ADVERTISING!! Website says they accept walkins, but I was denied at the door! After waiting for over an hour before they opened. Just turned away. No offer to try to fit me in. The tech was rude and dismissive when I asked why their website said they accept walkins but she wouldn’t accommodate me and she never gave an actual answer! FALSE ADVERTISING!! RUDE! RACIST!
I’d like to share my experience in response to the review posted by Sterling. I happened to be present at the salon when they came in. From what I observed, the staff—especially the technician—handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. Sterling arrived without an appointment and was informed politely that there was no availability for walk-ins that day. Been going for a few years. Owners are great and very involved with business. Great technicians. The previous review, with the 4 stars was when it was Sassy. This new review is for heavenly nails. I walked in at 4 o'clock when it says they're open till 6 i get it if they didn't have availabilities for a walk in, but they said they were pretty much done for the day at 4. Didn't even ask me if I wanted to schedule an appointment.
