Love this salon so much! The staff are all very talented and friendly
I booked a basic manicure because it was my first time getting my nails done. I specifically told the staff that I only wanted my natural nails groomed, and polished—I wasn't looking for any additional services. The manicure itself was very basic. They trimmed my nails, applied nail polish, cured it under a UV lamp, and then charged me $45. However, when I booked the appointment, the basic manicure was listed as $25. I went in for a pedicure and as I entered, it felt as if I wasn’t the kind of client they are expecting. One of the workers had a brief eye contact and went back to her phone . Two were busy with the other clients . I had book an appointment for 3:30 online. The one that attended to me was a little bit professional but no communication as when she had to see her client that came in later. In all the whole experience felt uncomfortable and I do not see myself returning to the facility.
I was searching for a nail artist for sometime after moving back to the Georgina area, But I didn't think I was going to find the best when I walked into sassy nails a few months ago, That's when I met Ivy! Ivy is so attentive to your nails and does exactly what you want. And my nails are perfect every time 😍 You should definitely give sassy nails a try and be sure to ask for Ivy i promise you won't regret it 😊
