Ugh idk :/ I am unfortunately disappointed every time I come to this location. I decided to give them another shot because they were hosting a 20% off event. I paid extra for tips as well as extra for the almond shape. They were filed down so shortly to compensate for the fact that they were all crooked, so now they’re super short and the shape is just off. I went here because Morehead location was closed on Sunday. One of my nails cracked and broke on the first day, then 2 more nails the same week. Very disappointed as I never have this issue at the other location and my nails are not long. The dip was not strong enough.
This salon has a relaxing atmosphere. The nail technician did an amazing job. My nails look elegant and neat. I will be back soon.
I recently visited this salon for a standard manicure with regular nail polish, and I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience. I followed the technician's instructions carefully, sitting under the dryer for the entire recommended time—plus additional time to ensure the polish was dry.
