It’s called sassy nail for a reason. I walked in and it seemed empty but someone yelled out do you have an appointment. I did not. She then continued to tell me 5 times because they had a cancellation this was the one time they would be able to service me without one. Understood but the whole interaction she was hostile and didn’t look like she wanted to provide a service. I kindly declined and said I can come in with an appointment next time and try somewhere that takes walk ins today

It is by appointment only but we'll worth it. The staff are always welcoming and do an amazing job.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for more than 10 years. It is a very clean, welcoming, and relaxing space. It is by appointment only, so you never feel rushed. Thu and her team always take their time to make sure my nails look perfect and that I feel well taken care of. This is the best nail salon in the area.

The most amazing gel mani/pedi/wax! The entire staff at Sassy nail was sweet and attentive. I LOVE that they do appointment only so you can make sure that you aren’t feeling rushed and they’re not rushed either. They offered me and my friend refreshments so it was nice to drink some tea while getting pampered. In addition, the salon does not smell of any chemicals! It’s my go-to nail spot from now on. I cannot imagine going anywhere else from here on out 💕

Anna was very detailed and efficient! She did my manicure perfectly. The salon is clean, smells nice and the staff was polite and welcoming. The hot tea and hot stone massage was very relaxing. Definitely will be back. Thank you Anna :)
