Having been a client of Lou’s for over 10 years, seeing her in her own beautiful salon is an absolute joy. She has put her heart into this new space & it shines through in the little touches and of course to in her outstanding service to clients! She has created a space where you go to relax, feel pampered & leave feeling your best self.
Well, first of all. Lou the new owner of sassyme is amazing and very detailed in providing information upon consultation. Secondly, the environment and salon is so welcoming and relaxing and overall amazing Highly recommend this salon for all hair transformations and extensions. Kudos to the sassyme team.
Visited the salon today for the first time ever. The new owner Lou has done an amazing job with a modern upgrade of the facilities and she is even more talented as a hair stylist. I have travelled from Port Stephens to see her and would take absolute pleasure doing so on a regular basis. Her ability to understand a clients need is second to none and I would recommend her to anyone that isn’t quite sure on how to communicate their wants with her in a consultation. You won’t regret it.
Used to go here never again the Owner manager Caroline it’s nothing but rude and cannot handle any feedback that comes her way in regards to her products and the way that she manages the store. You ask her about hair extensions and what they’re all about and what she actually sells and she doesn’t know anything about them as she is not a hairdresser herself very unprofessional. I have not gone there for the past year or so now and never will they should be closed down?
I’ve been getting my microbeads done here for the past five years, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. A special thank you to Caroline for her exceptional service, professionalism, and warm, friendly approach every time. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure the best results. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality hair services and a great overall experience.
