I got hair extensions done yesterday and had the most amazing experience, the team is so supportive and professional, they ensured the colours would match my hair and made it look so seamless. I am so happy with the outcome achieved and cannot thank Jacinta enough for the amazing work she did in getting the final result I wanted! Will forever come back they do such a great job !!
Awful extentions quality is cheap. No color match what so ever over toned my natural hair. This is apparently "2 full heads worth of Extensions?" Super thin. Didn't even attempt to tone extensions to match just put them in then told me AFTER it doesn't match after she started chopping at my natural hair trying to disguise it. spoke to the owner who claims I was told my hair wouldn't match why would I agree to leave looking like a bought cheap clip ins online. Paid over $1000 to leave looking like this. STAY AWAY!
I had my hair extensions done here for the first time as I usually go to a salon in Deewhy and I wasn’t going to leave this review as Caroline was a nice person and she did sort of fix my hair after her assistant didn’t put in my extensions properly as she was too concerned with a mouldy nail that was coming off.
