I’ve been to Sassy Images before but today was an absolute nightmare. I clearly told the stylist (Liz) what I wanted, I.e. length on top, sides, no maintenance style, scrunch curl and showed her the length I wanted. She completely ignored my requests and gave me a short helmet style cut. - which I hate! When I politely told her she didn’t listen to me, she said I couldn’t do scrunch hair because my hair was too straight. Nice to tell me that after she butchered my hair. I will be wearing scarfs until this disaster grows out.

This salon is honestly one of the best ones I’ve been to in town for it’s cleanliness and professionalism and the staff/owner are very kind and welcoming, I felt comfortable there after not getting my hair cut professionally for a long time and I was quite nervous but my stylist Katie was very kind and informative, and it’s a nice environment to just go relax and pamper yourself honestly. I highly recommend Katie for the amazing job she did twice now
