I went here for a hair cut from Joyce and the service was so friendly and professional! I love how she cut and styled my hair. Looking forward to returning! Update: A year later, I'm still very happy with Sassy Hair by Joyce. Joyce is such a masterful stylist that I've followed her to her new location in Ellicott City, just up the road from the previous location. I definitely recommend her.
