It's nice to see Sassy Cow milk at a local store(Ripon,WI) If given a choice between it and the local store brand,yours gets the nod.
I'm ruined for all other ice cream. Their arctic mint fudge is my absolute favorite! There are no artificial green dyes like most mint/chip ice creams, but the mint flavor is spot on.
I use Sassy Cow whole fat organic milk at my cafe in Grand Rapids, MI... Field & Fire Cafe. We always get compliments from coffee professionals and guests about how great our milk is. We love it. I can't imagine using anything else.
