My dermatologist referred me to him for the removal of atypical cells. He removed cells from the wrong area, leaving me with a terrible scar across my shoulder. He also put me under for this procedure, something that was not necessary. Now, I have an ugly scar AND I still have to have atypical cells removed. Even though I questioned him and his staff multiples times to be sure what he was actually to remove, they assured me they knew what they were doing. Avoid this practice.
He performed bowel surgery on my family member for obstruction and discharged her in severe pain..after so many complications. 3 days later after discharge she was admitted to another hospital in severe pain and a distended bowel...she has a leak in her abdomen...and we are praying that she will be ok...
He did help and saved my live. He fought so hard to have my gun doctor to do surgery. He did say that if my gyn doctor refused to do gyn surgery, he will go ahead to do gyn surgery with my mom’s. permission. My gyn doctor gave up and did surgery but Dr Sasso did still go in OR and check in my abdomen area after gyn procedure and found my appendix was going to be ruptured so he removed this. My mom, my husband and I will always be grateful for this surgeon!
Dr. Sasso has performed various hernia repairs and bowel resection over the years. Always positive results, zero complications and fast recovery. Years ago he clearly described my situation and cautioned me in prognosis. With his guidance and knowledge and skill, I am very comfortable being under his care. A personable doctor who really cares. Good person, great . His staff does what they are supposed to do - support him. Great crew.
Dr. Sasso is very informative and takes his time to explain everything, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I haven't had my surgery yet, but I feel assured that he will do good by me. His receptionist Kathy was very attentive and informative also.
