The lady in the front is friendly ..but if you don't have a 600 credit or above don't bother paying the application fee ...you will not be approved
I've rented a house from them for almost a year and whenever I call, everyone at the office is very kind. I had a problem with a water leak in the house and they put in the work order that second, plumbers came out within 24hrs and fixed the problem very quickly. Another plumber came out and sealed the tub the next day. Drywall people should be out very soon to patch things up. I'm extremely happy that, having to take off of work when service people come, that repairs are done quickly and I can get back to work.
The house was ok. It kept getting clogged in the backyard at least 2x a month, but the owner did always come out and fix it. The house wasn't in the best condition when we got it and we took note of that on the check list. Bottom line don't rent from them or anywhere in lawton for that matter, because even if you do clean the house they will still charge you a $150 cleaning fee.
