No one ever answers the phone I’ve been calling for 3 weeks now and I have yet to have a call returned with several voicemails being left with the answering service very unprofessional
Management is nice enough, but some of their solutions need to revisited. If the sidewalk is ICY you don't lay cardboard over the icy spot and place salt/ice meltet on top. It doesn't work that way! Also playing musical apartment hopping as they work to update the complex. Common sense should dictate that you get the outside done first. Also the general contractor is doing a very lousy job. I have more to say but I will stop there
