This is by far the best girls lunch venue in the Indianapolis area. The food was fantastic, service was excellent and the Decour just exuded the Christmas spirit I would encourage you to make reservations if you have a large group. I will definitely be going back
I can't really comment on the food or teas as we stood there for 10-15 minutes with no one stopping to help us. When we walked in one person paused as she ran up the stairs and said someone would be with us in a minute. That never happened. There were tables open. We came by a few weeks ago on a shop local Saturday. Someone else came in to get their card stamped. An employee paused long enough to ask if they needed to be seated or card stamped. A delightful place. It is quaint and a change from usual restaurants. The food was good. The service was friendly and fast. I want to go back for an afternoon tea.
