Sophia is very professional and I really appreciate the time she took to listen to what I wanted. Olivia was also very sweet and the salon is a professional, welcoming environment.

I had a appointment for a retouch up and days before the appointment I called to cancel because my son was in a accident..Then I got a text after I’ve already cancelled with the front desk so I respond to the text message cancelling again ..then I get a emailed and again send a email confirming for the third time that I need to cancel my appointment… and now I’m still being charged at 50% cancellation fee while my son is in the hospital fighting for his life. even though I cancelled way i... read more
