They respond promptly and their service is good but gosh they are extremely expensive. I cannot believe I paid $6K to replace an HVAC unit only for it to have an issue a few months down the line. The parts are luckily covered by warranty (for a year) but they still charge for labor which is like $170/hour. So, when the technician came to check the problem, we were billed $295 for his time. He is supposed to come back in a few days/weeks time to actually fix the issue, and I anticipate our bill will be close to $380. So basic... read more

Terrible customer service. We’ve been without AC since middle of June and they’ve come out at least six times. They keep telling our landlord the problem is fixed when it won’t go below 76 degrees. The last time someone came out they said they rewired the unit wrong TWICE which i’m not sure how that’s possible knowing that’s there job. They also take over a week - two weeks to come out to even look at it. I would NOT recommend.
