Courtney is such a talented hairdresser her work is amazing. The feeling you have when she is finished and you walk out of the salon is incredible, they say change is as good as a holiday well so is having Courtney so your hair. I love my new colour and cut, thank you so much
Staff can't even bother to reply to possible clients requesting an appointment when they have said to DM them to book one, literally left me on seen for 2 days, a simple 'no sorry we don't have any appointments available' would have been nice. Told the lady that I was on limited time but left me waiting with absolutely no response still, like oh yeah just ignore possible clients that would have been good for business, hope they don't do this to other potential clients.
