Me and my wife took her ring to get it inspected and clean and Mrs Gwen the store manager notice that her ring warranty has expired. She told us to let her make a call to her supervisor since the ring still look amazing to see if we can get an extended 5 year warranty and her supervisor approved. Amazing customer service. Thank you.
