I went in to search for an engagement ring and was treated very well by all in the store! Not pressured to purchase at all. They listened to all of my needs and help me find the perfect ring!
Very disappointed with the Hendersonville store in the Blue Ridge Mall since change of ownership. I purchased a wedding ring about 10 years ago. Returned to have some custom work on the ring, and purchased several other pieces of jewelry since. When the wedding ring was purchased, lifetime maintenance was part of the original purchase.
