Dr. Alana Barmby made an immense impact in my life. Because of her expertise, I was able to push for and receive a celiac diagnosis that has potentially saved my life. Prior to her, I did not suspect celiac at all. She is immensely thorough and looks at her patients holistically, with an obvious care that you do not find in traditional western medicine. Could not recommend enough. With our failing health system, naturopathy is a key and potentially life-saving type of care that everyone can benefit from.

I attempted to use the online account to rebook an appointment as my daughter has a chronic health condition and was not well enough to attend. I called to follow up as it was not working and to talk to someone in person but no answer. I finally got through via email and tried to communicate the situation but was treated very poorly and told that I did not rebook within the timeframe (which I did attempt several times prior to the three day cut off).
