Wouldn’t recommend (as if there was a choice). Superficial physical exam, few questions then pedantically told my condition was my fault. Gave me a pamphlet for a $600 “device” and sent home. No discussion about my difficulty urinating. Have to wait until it’s so bad that I’ll be looked at in the emergency room.
Dr Bathini and staff of the urology team at St Paul's are the best!!!!
Very disappointed with the way the receptionist deals with patients over the phone! No compassion for the situation! Seems like she takes pleasure in making people feel dumb by repeating the same things over and over again when a simple no would have been great if she was so unwilling to be helpful or listen to what I had to say!
