If I could give a negative star/number - I would. I needed to contact upper management which was difficult as their direct phone numbers and email addresses are not listed on the website. Ridiculous. This action was necessitated by a lack of return phone calls and emails to the service department regarding my issue for warranty service. Very disappointed with Hyundai South and the 2018 Kona I bought a 2018 Hyundai Kona from Hyundai South and quickly encountered a manufacturing defect. Despite my efforts, they refused to fix it, claiming the warranty had expired — even though the issue clearly came from the factory. I only drove 30,000 km over 3 years, and yet no solution was offered. It’s frustrating to see that a company like Hyundai won’t take responsibility for a defect that originated with them.
