We purchased a new vehicle from Saskatoon South Hyundai in October. We had a very smooth and efficient process. Our Sales person, Slava, was very good at explaining features, warranties, etc. and answering any of our questions. At the same time we never felt pressured. Closing out the sale was also very efficient. Have nothing but positive comments.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I took my car (appropriately named Carmen Elantra – she’s earned it) into Saskatoon Hyundai South for a couple of recalls. I’ve been around the block with dealerships and I’ve yet to have an experience that earns my trust — and this one takes the cake. Carmen is not the young firecracker she used to be; she’s older and has travelled a lot — but she still gets places! Amazing experience. All the details of my deal were explained perfectly to me. Austin and his team were a great help.
