Rawlings was shockingly unprofessional toward me during my laser procedure in 2023, calling me "uncooperative" for involuntarily squirming in pain. I get that there's not much that can be done during a procedure to relieve pain, but being an unempathetic jerk to me just made everything worse. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anybody.
I don’t complain about the service. However, I felt in my last follow up, after cataracts surgery, that that I was unjustly mistreated by Dr. Colleaux. Like never before he was rude, condescended and offensive. I been trying to forgive him but he don even apologize after his ranting moment. Shane on him😣
Approximately 5 months ago I had a emergencysurgery for detached retna. Dr Rawling did the surgery. It was after hours at City. He had no nurse and was on his own, although nervous he has amazing bed side kindness and skill. All appointments have been great . All staff and Dr. Rawling kind cheery and wonderful. Thank you for your professionalism
