Dr koneru and their whole staff including mandeep at reception, all are amazing and caring. Appreciate for the efforts you put in.
It has been a great experience to be in Saskatoon Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Koneru proved her deep expertise when dealing with children and always patiently to explain every single details to us. Other staffs are also extremely helpful and always try their best to help us too. In term of facilities, my kid loves the dentist office (tons of toys/ funs around) and she even doesn't want to leave the office when we're done.
We had a very good experience at Saskatoon Pediatric Dentistry. Manpreet was incredibly helpful and supportive before the treatment. She explained everything to me in a very easy-to-understand way and answered all of my concerns extremely well, which made the whole process much easier and smoother. I would have rated this place one star if it weren’t for the front desk staff and dental assistants, who were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, our experience with the female dentist who treated my son was very disappointing. My 10-year-old had his first procedure, and there was little effort to explain what was happening or prepare him for things like loud tools or sensations. Amazing service and very professional staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience very comfortable. The clinic is clean and well organized, and they take great care of patients. The staff are also very beautiful and kind. Highly recommended for children, especially for single dads like my best friend. Thank you for the great service!
