I seen Dr. Lukenchuk. He was wonderful. Very caring and professional. I've seen several other orthopedic surgeons in the past (different locations) and they were extremely rude. I was pleasantly surprised how kind he was and his genuine concern for making my knees better. Also his secretary was very kind. I had to cancel due to weather and she was extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this facility. Amazing staff and doctors! I have had a few surgeries with doctors at this facility and they gave me my life back. I will be forever grateful.
I was referred by my family doctors for issues with my feet. It was a short wait to see the specialist and working him them to solve my issues. You do not require a referral to see the specialist.
Genuinely the rudest secretary staff I’ve ever encountered. When I visited back in February I was baffled at how disrespectful and rude the front desk woman was. I called back a few times now to book other appointments and the woman on the phone is blunt, rude and quiet honestly inconvenienced to do her job. I was going to write a review last time about my experience with the staff but thought I’d give her the benefit of the doubt that I caught her on a bad day. This doctor is arrogant, obnoxious, and simply just doesn't care about the people who come looking for help! He ll leave you in pain, even when you have 3 injuries in the same spot ! 1 ,Crushed an dislocated the 4th lower lumbar in 1982. 2 Reinjured it in 2010 and had to get a dissectomy to regain control of my right leg ! 3 , now it's happening to my left !
