Genuinely the rudest secretary staff I’ve ever encountered. When I visited back in February I was baffled at how disrespectful and rude the front desk woman was. I called back a few times now to book other appointments and the woman on the phone is blunt, rude and quiet honestly inconvenienced to do her job. This doctor is arrogant, obnoxious, and simply just doesn't care about the people who come looking for help! He ll leave you in pain, even when you have 3 injuries in the same spot ! 1 ,Crushed an dislocated the 4th lower lumbar in 1982. 2 Reinjured it in 2010 and had to get a dissectomy to regain control of my right leg ! 3 , now it's happening to my left ! This is the WORST Customer Service in Saskatoon. The person who books the appointment should be fired! Does not deserve a 1 star, should be a negative star. left my work to come at my 4:30pm appointment but when I arrived it was closed. I clock out early from my workplace but not knowing that they changed the time of my schedule w/o even notifying me. This is a waste of time. Avoid this place!!!
