Absolute rip-off. Do not deal with Ashish at Saskatoon North Hyundai. He attempted to pull a predatory financing tactic on my friend and me by trying to refinance a car valued at $22,000 into a staggering $40,000+ loan. Taking advantage of customers by trying to inflate a loan by nearly double the vehicle's worth is completely unethical. Save your time, save your money, and go to a dealership that practices basic honesty. Avoid this place and avoid Ashish.
I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this dealership, specifically dealing with a representative named Ashish, and I highly recommend avoiding this location and the entire FFUN Group. I brought my car in to sell it, and not only did Ashish try to insult me with a pathetic lowball offer, but when I didn't immediately cave, he became incredibly rude and snapped that he wouldn't buy my vehicle anyway, yet I turned around and got a significantly better, fairer deal elsewhere the exact same day. I am submitting this complaint regarding my repeated negative experiences with North Hyundai Saskatoon. Over the course of my ownership, I have encountered multiple service and communication failures that have caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and loss of confidence in the dealership. 1. Great people always
We had our Tucson in for spring servicing and it was not done in timely manner and it was hard to reach service. We spoke to service manager and he was very receptive to our complaints, thanked us for letting him know and also made some adjustments to our invoice. We appreciated the time he gave us and the reparations.
