I couldn't believe when they told me that they couldn't remove my security lug nuts because they didn't have the proper tool to do the job. They had taken them off many times in the past but apparently none of the master tools fit. At least not until they charged me money. I spent $52 for 4 lug nuts and then I had to pay another $114 to have them taken off and replaced with regular lug nuts. It's amazing they could do the job as soon as I agreed to pay. A year ago we purchased a 2023 SUV and the sales people (Krista and Brendan) were exceptionally helpful. I would give 5 stars for their help in that regard. Recently however, we made an appointment for an oil change on our 2011 Silverado, apparently through a booking agent in Ontario. When we brought the vehicle in, Rebecca said the oil change was $109 and did we want the vehicle inspection done for $119?
