I have a 'thing' about dealerships. A negative 'thing'. Saskatoon Mitsubishi service department was different. I was long overdue for service, and also needed an interprovincial safety for my 8 year old Outlander GT PHEV. I was scared. We were totally impressed that service advisor Hailey was able to setup an appointment the same day as we called in… as we live 275km away from the dealership. Megan was right on with the estimated time for the service. Both advisors were very courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
