The lady at the front desk wasn’t very professional at all, she was very rude

I didn't make an appointment. We arrived at 9:30am. There were not many people waiting for inspection. The receptionist warmly arranged for us to sit down and wait in line. The professionals are also very enthusiastic, and the inspection process is well communicated. It's a good experience.
