I didn't make an appointment. We arrived at 9:30am. There were not many people waiting for inspection. The receptionist warmly arranged for us to sit down and wait in line. The professionals are also very enthusiastic, and the inspection process is well communicated. It's a good experience.
Been here more than once. The first time with an appointment but forgot to bring the req and fully expected them to tell me to rebook. But they called someone, got the req and I was out of there in 20 min.
Receptionist with glasses was very rude. I had my 1.5yr old daughter ultrasound appointment at 9:00am and we arrived there by 9:10. It was severe weather warning outside and -29C. She said very rudely that you have to reschedule. You are late! I requested her politely and informed that it’s severe weather outside due to which we got 10minutes late. I had a really good experience booking for my first child 3 years ago. Everything was easy, they were polite. I called to booking a prenatal dating ultrasound this time. They said they cannot book anything without the requisition right in front of me during the call. Okay. I call back and they repeatedly ask what it is for as I already read it to them.
