I had a very disappointing experience with the ultrasound technician during my recent visit. Despite following the instructions carefully and drinking more than four cups of water prior to the appointment, the technician immediately dismissed my preparation and accused me of not drinking any water at all. She was extremely impatient and rude in her tone, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and stressful. Really disappointing with service from ultrasound tech. Rude, abrupt, impatient, curt. Will certainly avoid this location in future, would advise others to do the same.
