woah, I’m surprised at the the bad reviews. I’ve only ever had good experiences. I have rented the white party bus with Ward over the last 3 years and there’s always good communication from when I book to the day of, he’s on time and he is very polite and kind.
First we were excited to get the limo. He was pleasant to talk to leading up to our wedding day. But terrible service afterwards. I had sent him addresses to each stop the day before so he could be prepared and we were still asked directions on where to go. Very reckless driving slamming on the breaks and making 2 illegal turns with us in the bus. Driver was not paying attention to his surroundings.
