I would like to say thank you to the General Manager Joseph for rectifying a situation. He contacted me and we discussed the situation. This is what customer service is all about. Our experience might not have been a good experience this time however, I am all for second chances and I look forward to dining here again. Thank you Joseph for your professionalism and customer service support. We will be back!
Enjoyed our stay,definitely will stay there again. My compliments to the chef. Had one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted. Staff was super definitely recommend
I'm so unimpressed in the ending to our family Thanksgiving meal which would have been a 5 star review. FIRSTLY, the sign at the entrance clearly stated the price of the buffet was $32.95/adult. NO where did it state it that it was $42, nor did the server or host once mention the price increase for Thanksgiving. When we left, the sign had been removed. I’m having a great time staying at the Saskatoon Inn. I’m glad to see that the hotel has a nice restaurant and the bar is nice. The restaurant was very nice and quiet and the food was great
