The staff here could really learn a lot from their colleagues at the West Side Centre. The difference in how welcoming, helpful, and professional the staff are is honestly shocking. Unfortunately, I never even got the chance to see what this centre is like inside because I did not feel welcomed and was not allowed to enter. Very disappointing first experience. I strongly recommend that the staff take some lessons from the West Side Centre team.
