DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DID NOT REMOVE THE DESTROYED MATERIAL THAT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED AND REFUSED TO DO THE WORK REQUIRED AND CHARGED OVER 10K! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP ON TIME OR THE DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP! ITS ANOTHER COMPANY THAT DOESNT HIRE CANADIANS!
Sprayed chemical in my basement - not part of the contract. They use an oil based chemical called benefect. It commonly causes physical reactions to people because its main ingredient is a phenolic irritant. Yet they still use it. Look up Thymol Physical Irritant (thymol is the main ingredient in Benefect). Check out mold remediation groups on Facebook and ask about peoples experiences with Benefect.
