Sprayed chemical in my basement - not part of the contract. They use an oil based chemical called benefect. It commonly causes physical reactions to people because its main ingredient is a phenolic irritant. Yet they still use it. Look up Thymol Physical Irritant (thymol is the main ingredient in Benefect). Check out mold remediation groups on Facebook and ask about peoples experiences with Benefect. So far we have only entered the emergency stage of the process. So its kind of early to rate and compliment the services of SDS at this point. But as far as the EMERGENCY PHASE clean up I am happy with the original emergency staff and the work they did. I hope that this will not be a long drawn out process. I would be happier rating a company that gets the work done in a timely manner with the least amount of disturbance to our home. So I will check back later with another review.
