I would like to thank Chondra and the crew for dong an excellent job in restoring the flood damage in my condo. They were professional, courteous, on time and thorough. They took time to explain what was happening, certainly knew what they were doing, and always arrived when they said they would. I am very satisfied with their work.

We experienced a water claim when our dishwasher leaked underneath our laminate flooring causing damage in our kitchen. We received excellent customer service by all of the staff at DKI starting with our initial contact with Chandra, to John the project manager, to the two gentlemen who did the tear out of the flooring (I'm sorry i don't remember their names), and Ryan who addressed any of our concerns along the way.
