The admin and finance here are unprofessional. a woman specifically named Christine was defensive and rude. They do no keep their past records for reference which is a poor and lazy way to run a business. Dentist Shanga was amazing!! I have been having issues with my teeth and a chipped front tooth ...he saw me in a day and fixed my teeth and built my confidence back up to where it use to be! I would recommend this place to anyone needing a new dentist...my gf is now making appts for her 2 sons and they got them in for this upcoming tues...so I must say very friendly and reliable place to go!! The dentist and all of the hygienists are really lovely and are amazing at the work they do. However, I felt really judged by this one receptionist in particular when it came time to process my insurance coverage. The way I was spoken to made me feel belittled and I understand there are insurance policies and coverage limits, but there was no reason for me to be made to feel this way. Dr. Lily Sammak is one of THE best Dentists I have ever met. She is so incredibly sweet, caring, and makes you feel so calm and comfortable. She genuinely cares about you, and goes out of her way to be personable to ensure you get the best treatment for whatever it is you need.The dentist and the staff is amazing. They made you feel welcome. Caring and loving. I would highly recommend.
