Overall questions were answered customer service needs improved knowledge on the need for a CPAP different brochures and written information to abide the verbal instruction given especially requiring Bluetooth services and pairing to your phone also they need some customer support overnight in case people have questions or their machines aren’t working properly also I don’t think that if I would’ve taken the machine out and showed them if it was placed on my finger correctly if I would’ve known how to place that properly at ... read more

I’ve had great experiences with my new Sleep Apnea store. I bought a nasal pillow style mask, as usual, in my first visit. The mask did not work for me so I returned it within the 30 day window. Randy asked me good questions and determined I had the wrong style mask. I should have had a full face mask as I breathe through my mouth. I left very happy with a new ResMed F40 mask for the difference in price. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Randy and all his friendly and helpful colleagues. First rate!
