I’ve had great experiences with my new Sleep Apnea store. I bought a nasal pillow style mask, as usual, in my first visit. The mask did not work for me so I returned it within the 30 day window. Randy asked me good questions and determined I had the wrong style mask. I should have had a full face mask as I breathe through my mouth. I left very happy with a new ResMed F40 mask for the difference in price. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Randy and all his friendly and helpful colleagues. First rate!
This business is not about helping people it’s about how much money they can get even when testers don’t work continuously there are other options not sure why these companies even exist. Maybe ask them what percentage of the people they test really don’t have sleep apnea because they just want your money.
Unfortunately I can't give this business a good rating. This is the 2nd time I have tried to do a sleep test with my Samsung phone. The first time was in North Battleford and when they failed to help me they refunded me my money. I then thought I would try a place in Saskatoon and this was the place I chose after a discussion with the front desk. I went to the store, downloaded the app and at bedtime I pushed record.
