Very knowledgeable, excellent customer service.
I found the experience troubling, and only one person their was helpful. The prices were quite high for their products. It made me decide to buy my items online where they treat you with respect. I won't go back, never.
Recently was diagnosed with seep apnea and went in very blind to the whole process. I couldn't have had a better experience with the staff here and Randy was great to deal with. The clinic is very well setup and the clinician was exceptionally thorough with helping select the proper mask and machine, really helped out alot with the questions and settings. Highly recommend!
All the nay sayers should perhaps take a close look at themselves. My experience was excellent. The lady I dealt with was friendly and engaging. While we were talking the other younger lady went and got what I required without any prompting. I would recommend these guys to anybody without any hesitation
My Mom passed away,was a regular customer and the store refused return on an item that was unopened. Receptionist kept saying she understood my circumstances and I know for a fact she has not experienced the loss of her Mom. Please buy your products elsewhere. Completely no compassion at all.
