Dr. Flegel and the whole staff are awesome. The gals at the front were so friendly and helpful (even gave me water). Dr. Flegel is exceptional and we are very lucky to have her practising here. She is so kind and compassionate.
I love this place. All the staff I have delt with have been so wonderful. Rn Jeanie gets things done and doesn't let grass grow under her feet. Today I saw dr flaggle and she was so kind and understanding and really went the extra mile to help me. This clinic is like a one stop shop with blood clinic, physio and so much more. We need more places like this. I would give 10 stars if I could.
We used to take the people we support here for basic health care access. It used to be inclusive, accommodating, culturally supportive, trauma-informed, kind, and follow the 7 Teachings. No longer in the last 2-3 years. This organization has lost their way. One of our disabled community members was told by reception last month to book an appt with a nurse who was witness to an emergency. Clinic cancelled. Told Pt to get their health record instead.
