I had this place recommended to me, I realize now that is it no walk in but the lady on the phone treated me like i was the biggest inconvenience to her, after i said to her I really need help, I am struggling with my mental health and I need a referral , she replied with We can not help you, have a nice day and hung up
I have been going here for 14 years the doctors have always been amazing, but the receptionist have been such a problem the last two years that this is now my last resort medical office. The wait time for holds are ridiculous. In one instance I had enough time to drive there while on hold (20 minute drive) after getting fed up of waiting on hold an additional 20 minute before I left and when I get there the receptionist were just chatting beyond unprofessional.
