I have been going here for 14 years the doctors have always been amazing, but the receptionist have been such a problem the last two years that this is now my last resort medical office. The wait time for holds are ridiculous. In one instance I had enough time to drive there while on hold (20 minute drive) after getting fed up of waiting on hold an additional 20 minute before I left and when I get there the receptionist were just chatting beyond unprofessional. Great clinic , excellent lab for blood work.
The parking lot here is often full. Parking stalls are very tight. They need to do something about their wait times at this location because appointments usually are not available without a 3 to 4-week wait.
Really bad service at front desk and lab as well We hope to get new staff better then those staff
Wait times are way too long now. 4 weeks too much time.
