The staff and doctors have been great throughout my treatment. When I started, all chemo appointments were sent to me by mail, then with postal strike/no strike stuff going on, they have switched to calling to confirm instead. That must be an overwhelming job for the staff, yet they still smile and are very patient with me when I ask foolish questions. Nurses are also great and always show a positive spirit for us. Thanks for being there for us.
All Staff and Doctors are great, the amount of people who go through the Centre on daily baseis is overwhelming. I found everyone very profesional and helpful. I'm grateful and thankfull for each and everyone who helped me through my treatments.
My mother and her family were lied to they stopped my mother treatment and doctor Samir he never told us the truth we had to catch him down after year into this. It's sad but we trusted the nurses and doctor but instead treated my mother very badly
Dr Sami was my mom’s primary oncologist. He was a lovely doctor with great bedside manners. Thinking back on our experience, I feel as though he was not as transparent as he should have been with our family. At some point during my mom’s treatment he recommended we “take a break” and allow for the body to heal. From this point on she was on one month follow ups via PHONE CALLS.
