If you have any issues through a SIGA casino or associated venue, I wouldn't expect much in the way of support or resolution. Integrity is lacking and customers hold low value to the organization overall. I've played considerable sums through SIGA venues over the years. The single time I raised a complaint they couldn't be bothered. They wouldn't even respond until the SLGA contacted them. There are a lot of opportunities to play elsewhere, take them. Great online experience, personally writing this review over the customer service care I was provided by Stephanie on the playnow app they highly deserve a raise! They app it self is glitchy and a 3 star but Stephanie made the experience a 5 star!
