been going to her for 5 years and she's been very nice, caring, and attentive.

I have always felt Dr has been very good at listening to my concerns. She was very helpful in getting a diagnosis when I presented with some uncommon symptoms. I highly recommend her.

This review is more about the office rather than the actual doctors. I was a patient of one of Dr. Royyuru's colleagues a few years ago (who I feel pushed me off onto a specialist b/c she was out of answers) and received the same treatment as I did recently when trying to get established with Dr. Royyuru -- no return phone calls even after repeated specific requests that I get a return call. I had to go with a new Primary Care Physician without even seeing Dr. Royyuru.
The front staff is very rude and unprofessional. The nurse almost gave my daughter the wrong vaccine, then told her to read this paper with the side effects. The paper was for another vaccine. By far the most unorganized unprepared doctors office I have ever been to. This was after the doctor spend 10 minutes going over yet another vaccine that she already had received. We will not go back.
