She is very knowledgeable and always listens to my concerns. Always has recommendations for what I can do to help myself as well as offers her support whether it is medication or moral support.
OK my name is Debra Prewitt. I was a patient for Dr. Royyuru I have been going to her since I been back in Bloomington. As of May my insurance is with harmony. I was in Dr Royyyru office in June and no one said anything about my insurance. OK I had appointment today and the secretary was so rude and almost like she was glad that I am not Dr. Royyuru patient or maybe she was racist. I will not send anybody to that office! Someone should have called me instead having me waste my gas coming there. I am so upset!!
It’s actually zero stars but there is no option for that. I had very bad experience where I went for an annual physical check ups the care was good, but I was surprised by an unexpectedly high bill and found the billing department hard to reach for clarification She charged stunning high for small check ups. I requested them to review the bill amount as it’s too much when compared to other clinics, she didn’t even respond to it and sent that for debt collection. Very bad experience I am sharing this to save others.
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. I've been coming here since I was about 18-19, I'm 27 now. I've asked to transfer physicians already because Dr. Royyuru has personal ideologies that interfere with her ability to her job and was denied. So know I've tried to leave. No time during my care has Dr. Royyuru or her nursing staff, recommended or offered for me to get a mammogram or pap smear. Knowing my mother is a breast cancer survivor.
