Amazing catering service! We used them for a welcome event with guests from Japan. Even the locals from Japan gave it rave reviews, and the sashimi was gone in a flash. Hands down the most authentic sashimi around!

Absolutely delightful. It's so convenient that we can pick up such great quality fish in the middle of DC on the 14th street. Keita is so knowledgeable and approachable - often organizes wine pairing events and keeps us updated with how to enjoy the fish. The quality is impeccable. I can't even eat now anywhere else but at home using his fish. No 5 star sushi restaurant beats this.

This is easily the best raw fish in Washington D.C. There is no restaurant that compares to the fish that Keita-san is able to import to DC. The quality and freshness are consistently outstanding and you can tell that he takes tremendous pride in sourcing his fish.

This place has the freshest and the highest quality fish you’ll ever find in a retail setting. They make it simple and have a great zero waste product. And they have classes on how to cut fish and sharpen knives if you need even more direction.

I couldn’t have hoped for a better resource than Sashimi DC. I’d been looking for a trustworthy and high-quality source of sashimi grade fish so that I could reduce reliance on sushi restaurants and prepare sashimi and sushi at home myself.
