The doctor is good, but unfortunately, the staff communication and responsiveness have been very disappointing. If a patient calls several times, I believe it is the staff’s responsibility to return the call or at least provide some kind of response. I have been trying to reach them for 1, 2, 3 days, and even after 5 days, the response was simply, “We are busy. If you have any problem, text this number.” This is extremely frustrating and concerning, especially for a patient who may need help after surgery. My biggest concern... read more
Dr Ganta Was Great !!! he did my procedure, and I was home the same night. Excellent bedside manner and very caring. Almost no pain , the next several days and I was healed. Definitely going back to see him and his fantastic staff
Dr. Ganta is a Great surgeon...but has horrible office organization this time around.... Never get call backs and get charged for visits that are included or already paid for. I've always referred this doctor but after this last time im just not sure anymore. In 2019 it was the BEST experience but in 2024 it has been a nightmare!! So sad that things changed!! July 31st 2025- Here it is over a year later and still trying to get resolution for a mis billing situation, still can't get help from the person I need help from... Wh... read more

If you value your life, stay away from this doctor. His morals and ethics got completely removed from him, either by his up bringing or during his education. He sees you as a dollar sign and nothing more. He performed a gastric bypass routine-y on me, even though he knew that I didn't meet the body fat index (I was 6ft and I weighted 245lb) he said that it would be fine and that I just had to sign documents stating that I weight 300 plus pounds and unfortunately I did.
