Worst office ever, my insurance is an hra and does not require referrals and they want a referral from doctor.. I was lost and they could not even tell me where the office is.. the staff is rude!! Do not recommend to anyone
The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional is beyond me. We greeted each other , I explained I wanted an appt as a new patient and she asked if I had a referral. I said no and that’s where she lost all professionalism, wouldn’t let me talk at all. It was a back and fourth of “ call us when you have those doc” and me saying “ but ma’am please let me talk, I heard the documents I needed which is fine I’ll get them” I couldn’t get that sentence out without being interrupted 5x with her saying “ call us when you do have the ... read more
