I was seen by Sasha Madden, APRN at TGH urgent care in Wesley Chapel. I was not in good shape when I arrived, but she correctly diagnosed the problem in seconds and got me the medication and treatment needed. She was completely professional, confident in her skills and knowledge, and very compassionate. I couldn't be more happy with my visit and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a superb provider!
What consistently impresses me is that she remembers me. This makes every appointment feel genuinely collaborative and ensures that my care is tailored specifically to me, rather than just being a generic approach. She takes the time to listen thoroughly to all my concerns, explaining things clearly and thoughtfully, so I always leave feeling informed and confident about my health decisions.
Sasha is THE BEST! So extremely friendly and down to earth. I have been going to her for 3 years. Highly recommend her for adults and pediatrics! ❤️
