I was getting my hair and nails done, they were helping. Unfortunately had a very bad outcome for my hair, it was permanently damaged from the color that Tina did by leaving it on so long. I trusted her because she checked it but my hsir fell out in a several areas. And no one apologized and i paid and was left with mas ny year's of ugly dry lifeless hair. It was horrible experience and i never had anyone tuin my hair like she did because i had very healthy hair.
