Dr. Mallett is an outstanding physician who provided me with exemplary care during a very challenging period. Despite the limitations of the pandemic, she was highly effective in addressing my medical concerns through virtual appointments. She served as my PCP during a major neurosurgical procedure in 2020, where her attention to detail and clinical expertise were truly flawless. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare provider.

At first I really liked Dr Mallett she seemed smart, capable, and really listened. That did not last long. I’ve spent the last few weeks hardly able to walk and not once was I able to get any help in this matter. If you’re a neurodivergent individual with comorbid chronic illnesses GET A DIFFERENT DOCTOR. Dr. Mallett by the end made me feel left to the wayside. It was as if she didn’t believe me.

Refused the muscle relaxers my previous Dr had me on and using X-rays a couple years old ( declined the need to have more imaging done) and kept telling me it was age and arthritis causing my pain and headaches. Two years later an mri showed spinal stenosis so bad my it was blocking the spinal fluid and laying on the nerves.I was told I could become paralyzed from neck down “ or worse” any minute and had my neck rebuilt with titanium.not the only issue that became huge because it wasn’t diagnosed

Dr. Mallett is a true gem of a find for a doctor. She's very understanding and listens and addressed everything. I feel completely comfortable with my care in her hands.
