Tried for nearly a week to get an appointment confirmed, I could not reach Casey to get that done. My texts went undelivered, I left multiple voicemails and even called from a different phone number to see if I was having a phone issue. Nope. Went straight to voicemail. I called Groupon to try to get my $ back and I was told it was "non-refundable" and I could only get Groupon Bucks, I didn't even know that was a thing! I went to Casey for my first time to get eyelash extensions for my big brother's wedding in 2013. She had a yelp deal and her communication with me was great! I knew I found the right fit. I told myself I would only get them for the wedding, but became obsessed and went regularly for the most of 2013. When I was going to get married in 2017, I knew I had to go back to Casey and that did not disappoint.
