I began getting eyelash extensions from Casey in June 2011. It is now July 2026 and I continue to get my lashes done by Casey every 2 weeks. She accommodates my schedule when things come up and always responds to texts and phone calls in a timely manner. She happily adjusts my lashes style when I request a change, shorter to longer, more natural to dynamic, depending on my current situation. Tried for nearly a week to get an appointment confirmed, I could not reach Casey to get that done. My texts went undelivered, I left multiple voicemails and even called from a different phone number to see if I was having a phone issue. Nope. Went straight to voicemail. I called Groupon to try to get my $ back and I was told it was "non-refundable" and I could only get Groupon Bucks, I didn't even know that was a thing!
