Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
What an easy peasy process! Called Vinny and Ben in to come for a quote to repair one of my sash windows. They came straight for the quote from the airport from a surf trip. What better customer service! Job was very well done, professional and good rates! These blokes are experienced and passionate in what they do. I would give 6 stars if it permitted!
Vinny and Ben did a wonderful job restoring (rebalancing and installing draft seal beading) to all the double hung windows throughout the property. They now glide smoothly, stay open as intended and you can no longer feel the wind coming through the gaps. I was travelling whilst the work was being carried out and came home a few days later to everything being complete. Their workmanship is excellent, they communicate well and are both really lovely and personable. 10/10 experience!
Ben and Vinny did a great job of fixing one broken sash window and then sealing about 8 others. All done in a day, very professional, clean job, competitive and a great outcome. I’d have no hesitation using them again. Highly recommended.
Ben and Vinny did an incredible job restoring my heritage windows so they could function and also provided glazing (1860s Build) Their communication was excellent from the quote through to completing the work and the pricing was great. They arrived on time, tidied up as they went, were clean and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring high quality window restoration. I will be using them again later in my heritage restoration.
