I ordered in person a door slab with a portion cut out for my dog door. A representative from this business came out to my residence to measure the existing door that was to be replaced. I was told that they would not install the dog door inside the replacement door. When the door was delivered it was attached to a door frame. At no time did I mention I wanted a frame nor was it mentioned when I ordered the slab although they stated it after the fact when the payment was made.
