If you are reading the negative reviews about delivery, READ THIS! Sash, like all other companies, are having pandemic supply chain issues. Because of this, the delivery dates for everyone's bags keep changing. This is out of Sash's control. Their website items clearly state delivery delays and projected delivery timeline. Thank you, Sash! Despite a delay in production due to world-wide issues, I felt that customer service and relations exceeded my expectations. Emails were answered promptly, Cheri is wonderful and I truly feel like the company takes care of their customers. Quality products & stunning colours = best bags ever. Couldn't be happier.
